The best brownies you’ll ever try!
This quick easy brownie recipe is divine. Do try to use caster sugar if you can, it’s a bit tricky to find in some places but worth using over regular granulated.

Ingredients:
1 cup of all purpose flour
1 3/4 cup caster sugar
3/4 cup cocoa powder
1 tsp baking powder
1 cup butter
8 oz dark chocolate
4 eggs
Directions:
Preheat Oven to 180C/350F
Grease brownie tin
Mix together cocoa powder, flour, baking powder and caster sugar
Melt Butter and dark chocolate over bain marie
Add melted chocolate to dry ingredients then whisk in eggs
Pour into brownie tin
Bake 25 mins
Serve warm with your favorite vanilla ice cream!
