The Schulte Group announces the acquisition through its Singaporean affiliate Schulte Maritime Services PTE Ltd of a majority stake in YPI CREW, the Antibes-based, world leading yacht crew recruitment agency.
YPI CREW is excited to announce that it will be operating with Bernhard Schulte Cruise Services (BSCS) – a division of the Schulte Group. BSCS deals with the technical side of management and crewing services for the cruise industry.
Since January 2018 BSCS has been its own entity and is already managing three cruise ships with more on the way. As a complement to their services, YPI CREW will lend their expertise with Managing Director and Co-founder Laurence Lewis remaining at the helm.

Bernhard Schulte Cruise Services Buys Marjoirty Stake in YPI CREW from BRS Group
BRS Group is a world leading shipbroking company with offices worldwide. Their yachting-focused division BRS Yachting is selling its entire stake in YPI CREW to BSCS.
